Q: What if I live outside of the lower 48 States of the USA and wish to place an order? A: If you live outside of the lower 48 States of the United States, you will need to contact the sales department, sales@boardgamesRus.com for a shipping quote before you place your order. You will be given specific directions from there. Payments from orders outside of the United States are only accepted when paid by credit card or Paypal. Sorry, no checks or money orders at this time.

Q: Is there a handling charge? A: We do not charge a handling fee for any order. The flat rate shipping charges reduce the need to charge a handling fee. If your order is only $5.85 to ship, or if it is $12.30 to ship, you will still be charged the flat rate amount depending on your order size. Please see the shipping tables above.
Q: How will my order be shipped to me? A: Orders are processed within 72 hours. Most game orders within the lower 48 states of the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This service proves to be fast with a normal delivery rate of 2-3 business days. Game part orders and instructions via snail mail will be shipped USPS First Class Mail.
